Consistently good, sterling makes an array of reds. The merlot was our favorite with rich berry flavors with evenly balanced acidity on the finish. The cabs are all delicious, all the time. I had a trip to the wine tasting/making areas of the sterling. It's fun, elegant, and not crowded. The skytram took use to teh elevated wine tasting areas where they offered different types of wines.
