a little snobby for no reason

the wine is excellent but the people who work the tasting room need to get off their high horse. i frequent this winery when passing through temecula but my last visit was very disappointing. i loved the wine..i believe it was the dolcetto..and wanted to buy a few bottles and the lady helping us ... Stand-offish Service and Mediocre Wine

It's such a pity a nicely located winery has to be down-played by their rude and snooty winery reps. We were wowed by the locale and the scenery, but upon entrance, disappointed by the customer service (or lack-there-of). The reps were unfriendly, unwelcoming and short with us. After we paid for ...
