something good gone bad

I had very good memories from the Sacramento Zoo as a kid. If I remember correctly, I got ride an elephant! But in the last 10 years, it has definately gone down hill. Borderline Cruelty

This zoo is bordering animal cruelty. The hippo was not moved, as someone thought in a different review, he died of arthritis.
