One of marylands hidden gems

What a unique little zoo , very private, well kept. Never too crowded, with a nice variety of animals. Truly a wonderful relaxing afternoon, in addition to a nice walk. When I go to zoos, I go to see animals. That may sound obvious, but with many city zoos, I find that I am so crowded by people, constrained by buildings and seperated by large moats that I don't get to really experience the animals.
