One of the newest zoos in the state, The Red River Zoo is home to 75 different species of animals, and has a focus on threatened and endangered species. The celebrities of the zoo are adorable Red Pandas (some of the only ones in captivity), and a family of Timber wolves. The children's section includes a petting zoo and beautifully restored 1920s carousel.
