I'd like to respond to the person who wrote that the female gorilla looked bored and sad. She is most likely sad as her mate died in March of 2005. Loved the Zoo!

Awesome hands on Zoo

The Erie Zoo is open at 10am everyday until 5pm. During the summer months, the zoo is open until 6 PM on Sundays. The Zoo is closed December, January and February.
