Hot Animals!
I felt the animals were in small, unchallenged environments. The petting area of the zoo consisted of llamas and sheep (fully clothed!!) and looking as though they couldn't make it to the watering hole let alone make it through the day! A "Must See" for everyone!
I am from San Antonio and I love taking my family to the zoo. We became members so that we could fully enjoy every aspect of the zoo as many times as possible. A great way to kill half a day.
We decided to do the zoo as an afterthought when we found a spare afternoon. The zoo was not overly large but has a good mix of animals and a nice easy path to navigate.
